An original and refined decorative object also suitable as a stand or jewelry box. The octopus is in sterling silver made with lost wax casting and then worked by hand with chisel and burin. The base is a single block of lapis lazuli, the cup is in Madagascar rock crystal and the octopus eyes are garnets.
