Inspired by the drawing “St. George and the Dragon” by Raphael (approx. 1500) exhibited at the Department of Prints and Drawings in the Uffizi Gallery, Florence. The drawing is the preparatory study for the Painting with the same name exhibited at Louvre Museum in Paris.
