This elegant set of cufflinks is entirely handmade in sterling silver and is inspired by the famous Spitfire aircraft. An airplane decorates each cufflink and in the back the cufflink is closed with an airplane propeller, continuing the theme.
The Supermarine Spitfire is a British single-seat fighter aircraft that was used by the Royal Air Force and other Allied countries before, during, and after World War II. It was one of the symbols of the Second World War, above all for its effective and decisive contribution to the victorious English resistance to the German aggression, during the Battle of England and the years of the conflict.
