Curiosity and surprise: the emotions once aroused by bizarre, new objects that used to be collected in the Wunderkammer (Chambers of Wonder) inspired this exquisite, one-off sculpture. A element of natural mineral in amethyst with its irregular and fascinating silhouette rests on a cubic element of clear crystal from Madagascar, both gemstones respectively set in different-shaped bases of sterling silver.
