This small jewel is inspired by the precious collection of small and unique masterpieces of Medicean glyptics in the treasure room of the Museo degli Argenti in Florence.
The Rock Crystal (or Hyaline Quartz) is the crystal par excellence and has always been considered a magic and therapeutic stone. Colorless, transparent, it is fascinating for its simplicity and elegance and for its ability to break down white light into the colors of the rainbow. In ancient times, rock crystal was also considered a stone with hypnotic and divinatory abilities, through the famous crystal ball.
