Description

The Uffizi Collection was born from the exclusive collaboration between Pestelli Creazioni and the Florentine Museums, jewels inspired by the great masterpieces of the Medici collections.

Eleanor earrings (pearlsgolden silver, enamel) designed and handmade by Pestelli Creazioni.

The earrings are inspired by the painting “Portrait of Eleanor of Toledo with her son Giovanni” by Agnolo Bronzino (ca. 1545) exhibited at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. The jewels worn in the painting, including the earrings and the pearl necklace, were designed for the occasion by Benvenuto Cellini. Watch the artwork on Google Arts.

A different version of earrings and the Eleanor of Toledo necklace are also inspired by the same work of art.
